Pls help with blackberry storm 9530...?

You have to have BlackBerry Internet Service Plan before you can send mms.Go to Option and then Send Service book if you had but it doesnt work.
 
i bought a used blackberry storm 9530 on ebay ,but when i tried to send mms,i couldn't find it,i can only see pin,sms,email, and instant messages on it.Is there a way to get the mms on it?,thanx alot.
i can't find anything like mms even if i open a picture n try to send it in the option key...
