Please guys help me, all of a sudden I feel a sharp pain in my middle back muscle on the left then all of a sudden i can't move without it giving HUGE pain, I can barely move right now
Probably a muscle spasm. Try putting heat on it for 20 minutes then off. Take some aleve-or a muxle relaxer if you have some. Continue taking either motrin or aleve round the clock to give it a chance to work. It may take a day or two to settle down. If you don't get better in a few days see your doc. did you do anything that would have caused it?
