k ive had the lg voyager 4 a while now & recently broke it... i took it 2 the store thinkin i could get an upgrade as a replacement & apparently im not eligible. the guy said i had 2 pay a 50 fee & they would mail me a new fone. my question is, since verizon doesnt sell the voyager anymore will i get like the enV touch or sumthin??pleez help

Sounds like you have the optional insurance.
You will get a replacement voyager, almost certainly refurbished. The insurance company reserves the right to substitute a phone of like quality/features/price if they don't have your exact model available, but with the poor build quality of LG products, it's highly unlikely that they won't have a huge stock-pile of refurbished/repaired voyagers in the warehouse to send out to you.

they will send you the same phone if they still have any in a warehouse. but if they don't, they will probably send you something else or something
