Pleeease please help me find a poetry publisher in the UK?

I have looked in the Children's Writer's and Artists yearbook, but most of the stuff to do with poetry is all to do with gatherings and performances. Are there anymagaziness (they don't have to be poetry magaziness) that may publish one or two? Any agents??
