Hi im 21 and for the past 2 days have been gettn very bloated with some foods. I have a lot of gas because i burp a lot and it makes me feel better after but I have a sensation of fullness in my stomach. It doesnot hurt but I feel very bloated please what can I do to relieve this. I was diagonosed with gastritis a couple of years ago but it comes and goes but it very annoying.
 
try to avoids all foods that bother you. do not drink sodas, remember the more gas you put in the more you take out. also, try to have more smaller meals during the day instead of large meals and never ever eat late at night.
 
Did the doctor give you meds for this? If so, I would take them. If not, try taking an OTC, such as Prilosec and see if that doesn't help.

Stay away from gassy foods such as broccoli, cauliflower, things that you know are going to give you issues...
 
Which foods are triggering your bloat & gas? You may have developed an intolerance to certain foods. The most common food triggers are dairy, wheat/gluten, and sugars. Try eliminating, or at the very least, cutting back on some of these and see if that improves your symptoms.
 
I get like that when I eat dairy (specifically when I drink milk or have yogurt or cream sauces made with milk -- small amounts of cheese and sour cream is fine). I also get very constipated (gassy, constipated, bloated, ugh).

Try going over what you've been eating over the past few days and see if there's anything new in your diet or maybe cut somethings out as a trial and error type thing. That's how I found out milk does not agree with me.

I had some ice cream last night and I'm pretty miserable today!
