Please suggest me a book or article about Organizational Communication?

hello i need to find a book (well not a text book if you know what i mean) or an article thats focus is about Organizational Communication
do you know of any or can you suggest me of one?
i have to make a critique about it for my organizational communication class. Im in 3rd yr college, a communication student.thank you very much for your help.
