Please suggest a good gaming graphics card for under rs 6000?

I'm looking for a good graphics card for under rs 6000 for playing games like gta 4 and assassin's creed. It should run the games at 1024*768 resolution SMOOTHLY. I don't care about the company which manufactures it. Just keep the price the price tag in mind. And please check with the indian price because in india everything is overpriced
 
keep away from ati . to loud and get hot easy
so maybe go for an nvidia 8800 gts or something near that ,, make sure u get more then 512mg of memory
