PLEASE SPANISH EXPERTS, I NEED HELP WITH THE PRESENT/PAST PROGRESSIVE?

Do only -ir verbs stem change in the Present/Past Progressive and not the -ar or -er verbs?Are these right?
1) I am showing= Estoy mostrando
2) I am starting= Estoy comenzando
3) I am repeating= Estoy repitiendo
