PLEASE someone answer this it has haunted me for since i was 4?

I'm 21 and when i was 4 years old,i was hit in the head with a hallow aluminum baseball bat and completely knocked me out,but i didn't go to the ER or doctor i dunno why,but ever since then i been having problems with speech,thinking,personality,very horrible thoughts,anger,just really not a normal thinking mind,plus its cause me to develop schizophrenia now,is there any help for me ? to be a normal person ? it has caused me to loose jobs,not graduate high school,is there really any hope
