Please settle our debate!! Which person would lose weight the fastest...?

Person A- Drinks only juice or does the master cleanse and exercises an hour and a half

Person B- Eats healthy 1000-1500 calories a day and works out 4-5 hours a day?

Person C- Eats only one meal of whatever she wants every day and works out for 3 hours?

Me and my friend are having a debate over how she should lose weight. She needs to lose it very fast. Please list the from who would lose the fastest to the slowest and why! Thank you.
 
Master Cleanse-This is very hard- Not everyone is safe to do this. Weight also comes back very easily after this. Slowest is person C-Eating whatever you want ever-is a problem- You must learn to eat right.

None of these diets are acceptable for sustained and/ or long term weigh loss goals.
