Please read so tired of feeling like crap

Sorry if post is long I'm so tired of going through here is my story I have heavy periods this pass february I came on and it wouldn't go away bleed 4 over 2mths before going 2 doc I had the worst headache of my life thought was dying whom stated needed blood transfusion felt fine til next day face burning arm tingling numb went 2 er was admitted aft a lot of testing stating had pinched nerve in neck w/arthiritus carpal tunnel in arm stated nerve cause the migraine which hasn't gone away since had dnc 4 bleeding pt for neck which seem 2 work til sessions ended now they r back fast forward 3mths later still feeling horrible my head hurts constantly my neck my tongue feels itchy and sore some times feel like abt 2 have seizure never had one before always feeling weak like abt 2 pass out feel like my life is not mine anymore don't understand why I'm still feeling this way any help wld be greatly appreciated. Had mri on head and spine ekg cat scan on head emg still can't figure out why still light headed dizzy tongue and jaw pain leg weakness burning arms migraines need help pls.
