Please read. Need advice on Relationship. What should i do?

We are together for the past three years. There were many ups and downs in our relationship but still we stayed together. A week back from today we had an argument and which was over her dog. Actually she was going out of the country for a month to visit her parents and she was looking for someone who can keep the dog. So i suggested her one of my friend whom she don't like and there we had an argument over a stupid. She said something bad and then i said a lot of bad things to her. Yesterday i went to her house to see her and then there she was rude again. I said sorry and she started saying harsh words again. So there we had an argument again. But today she was about to leave and i told her before that i would leave her at the airport. I called her early morning just to tell her that i ll drop her to the airport. She told me that she will call me as soon as she gets done with some stuff. I waited for her call and she never called me back. Then i started texting and calling her asking her if she's fine. She replied me that one her friend will drop her and she don't want to be with me after what i said to her. I said sorry again and explained her that i was just angry but i never meant what i said. She just left. I was begging her to see me before she leaves but she didn't cared. I cried coz it really hurted me that she left without seeing me. She is coming back in three weeks. In the past we were separated twice but we got back together. I really love her much and i hope we get back together again. Please advice what should i do.Will we get back together again. My heart says she loves me but why she left without seeing me today. I really love. Hope we get back together.
