Please read. Need advice on Relationship. What should i do?

We are together for the past three years. Few days back we had an argument which turned into a bad fight and we stopped talking with each other. I tried to contact her the same day during evening and she told me not to contact her. No matter whose fault it is, i have to be sorry every time. What happened on that day was as she is going out of the country to visit her parents for a month and she has a dog which needs to be taken care off after she is gone. So we were trying to find someone who can help us but no one was found. I suggested her one of my friend whom she does not likes but as there was no other option and i really wanted to help her so i asked my friend. He told he knows someone who can keep it. I was happy that i found someone for her dog and now she can go stress free but when i told her over the phone she started using abusive words and as i was trying to calm he down she said something bad so i went to her house after that and i said some bad words on her face and left. After few hours i tried to call her and she did not answered. She text-ed me back saying not to call her anymore. I text-ed her back saying sorry and told her that i lost my temper at that and i really love you but she told me not to call. I did not contacted her for few days and then i sent her flowers which she accepted and kept inside her house. Only two days are left before she leaves. I called her once and left her a message saying that i am sorry and let me drop you to the airport because i really love you. She has not replied me back. I am waiting for her to reply but as only two days are left i wish we get back together. She knows that i love her and i know she loves me too. Please suggest what should i do? Will we get back together before she leaves. Really love her.
