(please read) had a c-section on the 2/7/2010?

i bled for a week after my section and have not bled since
i am not breastfeeding
i have been having unprotected sex but took a pregnancy test the friday just gone and was negative

id like to know when should my period return or was that my period after i gave birth (the week bled)
