Please poke a whole in this theory of everything (physics)?

Empty space is not empty, but contains a different type of material. It is constantly attracted to matter, and when it collides with matter, it generates time. When not closely attracted to matter, it expands. This material pushes on matter, and causes intertia, however it does not affect light. It is absorbed by light, creating time, but not attracted to it. Objects can only exist in one place at each time, and therefore light can only progress by one physical unit of distance per time, giving light a speed limit. Gravity does not fit the quantum mechanical model because it is not the same time of force, this theory would explain the difference in time based on the density of matter. It would explain relativity, and the reason why nothing can hit the speed of light, it would explain the speed of light, the weakness of gravity, just about everything, and as far as I can tell it makes more sense than other theories about gravity. By the way that material is empty space, they are one in the same, so as space is converted to time, objects become closer together. It even explains phonons. Someone point out a problem, please, like 5 smartish people I know could not poke holes in it, and I am tired of pondering. Just prove it wrong so that I may get on with my life.
And I have been working on math to back it up, FYI, I know calc 1, 2, 3 and some computational physics. Working on more advanced stuff. Space being time makes no sense according to current mathmatical theory.
