please please help

just recently i went to er cause i thought i was having heart attck but after blood test and xrays they said i was fine and sent me home !

just last week i had the same chest pains and went the doctors he said i have acid reflux and gave me pills (omeprazole) ive been taking these now for 2 days but im really scared and thinking is the doctor wrong is there something else up with me i keep have pains in both sides of my chest then sometimes ill have a big pain then it feels like my hart missed a beat then ill go all dizzy and funny feeling also my left and right arm sometimes go like i have pins and needles in them but i do keep burping and this happens when ive not long eaten can someone tell me if im just worrying or not i mean are theses the signs of acid reflux please someone help me lol thanx in advance for any help!!
 
The pain and burping does sound like reflux. Perhaps your other symptoms are due to your anxious state about your health. I've suffered from anxiety most of my life and missed heart beat, dizziness, pins and needles and many more uncomfortable and scarey symptoms are very common to me when I'm feeling anxious. I use to freak out thinking I had some horrible disease. I now know for certain they are caused by my anxiety so I don't let them scare me anymore. If you are still worried or the symptoms worsen you should go back to your Doctor. Calm down (easier said than done) and good luck.
 
Sometimes the pain you describe can be from esophageal spasms, they do mimic a heart attack. It is a muscle and can spasm just like your shoulder neck, muscles, try taking flexeril or another muscle relaxer, it works for me.
