Their stupid website isn't helpful at all and I can't contact them. I have a monthly plan for my to go phone and I'm told I have insufficient funds and I cannot refill it and its definitely wrong. I have the cash for it. wtf is going on? and how do I refill the monthly plan on the website? I can't find my way around the site due to its messy design!
