He got charged with statutory rape and at first the judge was willing to allow him to admit to the accounts of sex, then the mother insisted on oral copulation and now they want him to do two years and/or sign up as a sex offender. The judge was fine with the three years of probation with the sex crime if he admitted and that would be all. PLEASE HELP HIM. What should we do? What could he do?
