please, im living a physical nightmare

okay im going to do this quick snappy no one else replys to other detailed threads in chronological order pretty much, im male and 18

1. hurts when i moved eyes went away
2. very bad cough
3. had some type of attack probably panic
4. went to doctors complaining of ear problems and cough had chest infection and anti biotics cleared that tablets for ears never worked
5. another full scale shaking pale as ghost attack A n E ambulance turns out swollen ear drum, medicine given gone away
6. blocked nose, pretty much one nostril blocked rotating
7. always had clear glands/tonsils w/e they are cracks appeared
8. doctor gives nasal spray makes no difference go back gives stronger makes no difference
9. through out all of this i have had a horrible feeling of disorientation and feeling somewhere else, weird feeling in head
10. it has brought on anxiety

please help me im living a nightmare i honestly am and i keep banging my head which makes me even more worried because of damage from that 4 times now very hard still have bad lump, this has severly affected my life i dont see freinds anymore or anything i feel too off, oh yer its only been going on for 3 months sure more to come

Done any allergy testing? Sounds like sinus issues and could all be related to allergies or sinusitis...

doctor looked in my nose and said its not sinusitus or w/e said could be congested but i dont know nothing has really been done to help me apart from nasal sprays and is it, im more worried about the weird feeling in my head it does not leave me even when my nose has been unblocked,

Start with basics . . . how is your diet? What do you usually eat?

nothing that is solid and fixed in my diet that i eat regularly so i would not really know where to start its been two and half months now everyday so i dont think its something i eat becaus ei dont eat certain things very regurlaly
