I watched this film when I was very young, so my memory of it is sketchy.
A teenage lad builRAB a remote control that's able to control just about anything. At one point, he has fun controlling the "walk/don't walk"signs int he street. TowarRAB the end, he's in a supermarket and there's a UFO and thousanRAB of ball bearings all over the floor.
Anyone got any ideas?
I'll try to describe the scene I remember better: The lad is sat on some stairs leading up into a building from a road. There is an old couple crossing said road, and they are looking at the "walk/don't walk" sign. When they are half way across the road, the boy presses the remote control and the sign changes to "don't walk". The old couple walk back the the side of the road they started from while the boy sniggers to himself.
I've already eliminated Batteries Not Included, Goosebumps or Stay Tuned.
