he s been senteced already on a conspiracy charge and his lawyer sucks but right now he has another case open in orlando jail(he was in probation when he got arrested)so i need a lawyer for close a case up in orlando and also for let him get in the drug programm,i don t want to pick the first lawyer like a did with this one but still i don t have a lot of time left please help share any informations as possible thank you.

You don't just close a case out until you comply with the previous judges order, whether it be jail, probation, fines or whatever. If he was arrested on a warrant, he will remain in jail until he does that. It is the judges decision whether he goes into a drug treatment program as part of his current sentence. The attorney is not the problem, your boyfriend's drug problem is.
 
Um.... and you're looking on Yahoo because...... what? Get out the yellow pages and look up criminal defense lawyers.
