Please, I need car help- 99 Dodge Durango?

My check engine light was on so I went to Autozone and they ran a diagnostic. They were basically worthless, but I got the codes and came home and looked them up. This is what they are-

P0443 - Evaporative purge flow system solenoid not working properly
P1765 - Open or short in the Transmission Relay control circuit.

Can someone please tell me what these mean, how can I fix them and how much will it cost?
