HI,

I am 23 from Winnipeg Canada, My symptoms started in May of this year. Started getting headaches daily, tension across forhead, pressure in head and in nose, also the right side of my face gets swollen and I have bad tension in my neck and sometimes headaches in the back of my head.

I had a CT scan done of my head and nothing came back. since then I have been to the chiro, physio and nothing has helped, now they are saying i have tmj.

I have also been treated with nasonex and antibiotics for sinus infection but nothing helped.
I now get bloody bugars in the morning tingling on the bridge of nose pressure in nose is still there. and facial tension is there aswell.

My question is what is this is it caused my my tmj is it a bad allergy (last year i got allergys for the first time i couldnt breath out of my nose for 3 month but dristan cleared it up, nothing like this though). or is it a presistant sinus infection ( i get post nasal drip aswell) I dont have green mucus.

Does a ct scan of head show sinuses?

I have another dr appt on the 9th havent been to a ent yet but im sure that is who i will get reffered to.

I am also going to a NM dentist on th 17th to get an orthodic made.

please any advice will help.

take care

Jeff

HI Jeff! Sorry you are feeling bad. There is nothing worse than not being able to breathe. I am having the same issue myself. It's good you got checked out and got a CT scan. I had that done too and they couldn't find anything. They did say I have arthristis in my left jaw joint so once in awhile I have some slight pain and burning by my ear and cheek. I have chronic allergies and they are out of control right now. Nothing seems to be helping. How are your right now? I hope you can find something that works for you. Good luck and let us know how you are.

I am wondering if you have a deviated septum. I was having HORRIBLE headaches, could not think straight and the list goes on and on and it was all caused by the deviated septum. Have this can clog up your nose, which can trigger other things. Good luck. Oh, another thing that can cause problems is an infected tooth. I had this as well and had NO idea that I did. Am not too sure that the dentist can locate this because I asked mine why he had not pinpointed it and I was told that they don't have the equipment for this. Seems odd in this day and age.
