[/B][/B]i recently had a skin allergy test done. walnuts was one of my allergys. i just ate a piece of carrot cake that had little bits of walnuts in it. i only took two bits and stopped. my boyfriend said i have nothing to worry about if i dont have any swelling... is this true. because i feel a little short of breath.not sure if its all in my head though since im worried so much about it?!!
