Hello everyone,
Name is Linzie Im 21 years old and just had my first baby 3 months ago. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and currently am on medication for my anxiety and panic. Since the end of my pregnancy till now(so over 4 months) I've been feeling constantly dizzy and it doesnt go away. I started feeling like this even before taking my medication for my anxiety and panic and my therapist says that it is not normal to feel dizzy all the time due to anxiety or panic attacks because dizziness that is related to anxiety or panic does not last frequently it comes in spurts. I need help! I just got an appointment to go see a nose throat and ear specialist to see if it might be due to a problem with my ears but that's not for another 2 weeks. Anyone have any advice? It's just getting so annoying and it doesnt help my anxiety.
