Hello everyone,

Name is Linzie Im 21 years old and just had my first baby 3 months ago. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and currently am on medication for my anxiety and panic. Since the end of my pregnancy till now(so over 4 months) I've been feeling constantly dizzy and it doesnt go away. I started feeling like this even before taking my medication for my anxiety and panic and my therapist says that it is not normal to feel dizzy all the time due to anxiety or panic attacks because dizziness that is related to anxiety or panic does not last frequently it comes in spurts. I need help! I just got an appointment to go see a nose throat and ear specialist to see if it might be due to a problem with my ears but that's not for another 2 weeks. Anyone have any advice? It's just getting so annoying and it doesnt help my anxiety.

I take an antihistimine for my dizziness. This is for motion sickness.I get a prescription for this, and it is not covered by insurance. The reason is,I believe,is that it can be bought off the shelf. My Emergency Dr. wrote out a prescription,so I filled that. It is not expensive, either way.I also have had anxiety and panic attacks. Now I only have depression.Any inner ear surgery
could is compliicated,I am told, can encompass your sense of balance. That's why the specialists stay away from
this all-important area,if not warranted.I believe.I will pray for you each evening.(during a TV religious program),
Hope you are better,soon....Bill
