Illinois Cab Co. runs a taxi service between the far side of Chicago to Lake Forest and back. The charge for a one way trip is $11.50. The owners estimate that 30 passengers will be lost for every $1.50 increase in fare. If they currently service 320 passengers per day, what fare should they charge to maximize income? Also, identify the new number of passengers serviced along with the maximum income.
