I read the first chapter online and can't remember what site it was or who the author and title is.
It starts out with three little girls who are best friends and who are painting the walls of a room upstairs in an older woman's mansion. The main character ends up inheriting the house from the older woman and is on the town's committee and is trying to help these delinquents who graffiti the wall of a business in town. She's trying to get the town's business owners to agree to let the kids paint over the graffiti and make it into a mural. This is a romance and the hero is some big shot that the heroin has known previously. I think I remember reading that the hero has dark features, like he has Indian in him.
