for school i have to do a debate on if we should continue the space program or not. my side has to disagree with this. tomorrow i have to do it. this is it so far:
i disagree with ____ because ______________________.
space crafts are faulty. they fall apart, explode and kill so many. a huge 218 people have been killed because of the space program. Some of them were killed infront of their friends and family to watch in horror. It isnt worth NASA or any other space program to risk peoples lives just to visit an unknown planet or find life in another universe.
im only in grade 6 (twelve years old) so i need to add more but not too much.
do you think this is ok?

also if you have any tips on how to do a good debate, tell me.
my teacher is marking us on how well we do this for our reports so i want to do well.
i am using cue-cards so should i write, keywords, dotpoints, or full sentances?
