Can someone either tell me what to do, or post a link to a graph of this data???
Here is the question:
Graph: SCATTER PLOT

An experiment was conducted to determine the idenetity of an unknown standard solution using specific gravity. I this experiment, 5 known liquids were tested with a hydrometer containing the unknown liquid. The readings off the hydrometer are as follows:

Material: Density: Specific Gravity
Acetone 784.58 0.829270
Acetic Acid 1049.1 1.123560
Butane 599.09 0.648176
Citric Acid 1659.51 1.1795482
Ether 72.72 0.078678
Butyric Acid 1300.23 0.199999

Using this data you need to create a graph to determine the density of the unknown standard contained in the hydrometer. The slope of the line should be the density of the unknown standard You standard will be one of the following liquids:

Substance
Castor Oil
Creosote
Crude Oil
Decane
Ethane
Formaldehyde
Coconut Oil
Glycerin
Kerosine
Octane
Styrene

Use the following info to help:

1.specific gravity=density of material/density of unknown standard
2. You must manipulate this equation based on the experimental data given to make your graph
3. Remove any apparant outliers BEFORE adding you trend line
a. be sure to label your outlier in "series 2"

Please help answer, even if u only give instructions on what to do, if u actually make the graph it'd be greatly appreciated and a 100% best answer chance
