Please Help! Wisdom Teeth Extractions?

I got my wisdom teeth out yesterday and I am feeling very nauseous. I don't know what to eat. My dad keeps telling me to eat cheese but that just made me vomit. Right now im eating chicken noodle soup. I was thinking spaghetti-o's might work but im not sure. Ice cream isn't really filling me up. I start school tomorrow and I would just like to know is there any exceptions to eating in my classroom? Or possibly laying down from time to time because that seems to help alot.
