Please Help W/ Motorola Q

So Im new to all this. I took my xv6700 in to get flashed at some store, and then i ran across this board. Now I have gotten a Motorola Q and need help. I read over the "How To" posting, but couldn't figure it out. I got the Q pack which contains:

Command Prompt
delete-n-set
rapiconfig

I also have the RSD General CDMA 4.5. When I try to load the RSD General I get the message "phone is not supported..." It still pulls up the esn and whatnot at the top. When I click on the blue link PRL it just gets stuck. Im just trying to avoid paying someone $45 plus the $15 esn change. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Ive been stuck all day on this. Thanks
 
I just upgraded the software using the motorola software updater, and it went smoothly. Now i have to wait for rapiRABhare to get rsd lite 3.6. hopefully that will reckgonize the phone
 
success! i put the MOTO_Q_CKT_PRL_1039.hs file on my phone, *228 and it works. havent tried picture messaging yet, but dont use it a bunch to really need it..sorry for the thread, shoulda just stuck with it
