The operation timed out.? multiple websites, including facebook and youtube, and not working on my computer. they will load at first but then when i try to sign in this:

comes up. it's been like this for over a day and it is doing this with my mom's computer also. and i've tried safari, internet explorer, and mozilla too, and something along the same lines comes up. i've already tried restarting my computer, updating my antivirus program. some one please help me and tell me how to fix this.
