THE GATEKEEPER

I have an LG Optimus One with FroYo and I was trying to move some preloaded apps that I know I will never use such as Drive and CarHome to the SD card. I followed the instructions here "http://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/showthread.php?t=2955776&page=13" and used z4root to root my phone.
I was moving the apps to a backup folder on my sd card when the following errors started popping up endlessly:
1. The application Settings (process com.android.settings) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.
2. also (process com.android.mms) and (process com.android.phone)
I thought I erased something important so I placed all the files that I moved back into the apps folder in the system. It didnt help a bit. I then thought to do a hard reset of the phone which also did not help.
Now my phone is just lying down on with the keypad locked. When I try to unlock it, the first error keeps coming back. Someone please help... T___T How do I bring back my phone to life?
