hi im currently living in texas and i want to go to college in connecticut. i'm also trying to apply for financial aid. my question is, do i have to be a resident of connecticut in order for the school to accept financial aid? because since i'm an out-of-state student i'll have to pay more for tuition, and i'm trying to pay as little as possible. thank you in advance!
