Please help samsung comeback charger issues ten points?

I have a samsung comeback and recently my charger broke I got it exchanged for another universal one from target, which was the same one I had that broke. I noticed after a day of using it that when I would plug it in this blue screen kept popping up with the message mass storage only available in idle mode. It made me scared cuz this happened before with another charger and I ended up having to get the phone replaced. I got a third charger today, the same one and its still doing it. And now my phone is starting to act up. Is it my phone or the charger what do I do im desperate
