Please Help...S25 dead

i have s25 need arabic language i flashed it by Total Flasher and flash file
s2544arabic.c2r but phone now dead i try All25 & All25 but it show this massage :
messplatz.cfg : Permission denied
i try more programs on web but nothing
please help please ...any idea or solution
 
Nobody can help me ?!!!!!!
please i need help becuse my phone dosn't work with any program Only
Total Flasher please i need some c2r files for S25.....
