Please help! Pains and twinges

Hi for about a year i have been getting a slight twinge now and again on one of my ribs just to the right of my sternem. Between the abdimon abd rib bone. Rib feels slightly gristly compared to the one on the other side. The twinge has not got any worse or better i have no breathing problems ,noisia or toilet problems. Any ideas to what it could be . Thank you
 
Maybe costochondritis? It's inflammation of the cartilage that joins the rib to the sternum. It's fairly common and benign, although annoying. Rest and anti-inflammatories are usually Rx.
