About four months ago I was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection this wasn't unusually I have had one before a couple years ago. I'm a young healthy individual. So I went to the doctor and was put on antibiotics. I finished my antibiotics but was still having tract infection like symptoms. I went back my doctor again this time I was told I had a yeast infection once again took the antibiotic and used the antibiotic cream I was given. A week later nothing had changed I went back again an was referred to an urologist because I was told I could possibly have IC. I went to the urologist which then gave me a prescription form of uristat which I was very familiar with because I was taking it almost every day. The urologist asked me to come back so the they could look into my bladder. so once again went back everything looked fine. Probably should have said this in the beginning but I was tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia both came up negative and my urine has been cultured several times and nothing has come up. After looking into my bladder my urologist proscribed me a medicine usually used for over active bladder it seemed to help in the beginning and still does help a little however I am still having problems. I have not changed sexual partners and all of this has gone on during this relationship. My current symptoms include burning during the beginning and ending of urination burning feeling at times even if I'm just relaxing sometime I feel like I can feel drops of urine going down my urinary tract and it is very painful i am having more then normal discharge but it doesn't have an unusual odor or color intercourse is extremely painful and I do have a problem with making a regular bowel movement if I do not take a laxative or recently been using Miralax I will not have a bowel movement more then once a week. Please any ideas or comments are helpful every day I'm in this pain is extremely upsetting for me like I said I'm a young health individual.
