I just got my phone a couple hours ago, but I can't turn it on. It keeps showing me the startup screen (white and it says nokia). I don't know what to do. Tell me, is it something I have to do before turning on the phone the first time?

I know this sounds really obvious but have you fully charged the battery?

it's been charging for 5 hours straight. still won't turn on.
I'm taking it tomorrow morning to get it replaced. It might be DOA
