you don't give enough info for a good answer. What OS?? Did you ever have it running? Or did it just start giving you troubles?? In add/ remove programs it should be Windows Media Player 11 (or 10 or 9)if it just started do you get any error message?? if you had it running ok say a month ago you could go to system restor & restore your system back to a date prior to when problem started. your just going to have to experiment or repost with more info
