PLEASE HELP! My pc won't recognize my BlackBerry Storm 2!!!!!?

It was working perfectly fine. But when I updated my BlackBerry, my pc stopped recognizing it. I'll plug the USB cable into my pc and BlackBerry, but my computer will not show it. So now I can't sync anything. Please help me. I can no longer put music or pictures on my phone, which is half the reason I got this BlackBerry in the first place. I really need this fixed:(
 
Go into Options/Settings -> Memory and check to see if the "Enable Mass Storage" option is set to "Yes" or "Prompt". The BlackBerry needs to be in USB Mass Storage mode when it is connected or no data can be transferred. If it isn't in Mass Storage mode you can turn it on by going to Options/Settings -> Memory and pressing the BlackBerry button and selecting "Enable Mass Storage Mode".
