Please help..... Motorola q flashing

This is my first time trying to fully flash a moto q from sprint I've been looking all over the web looking for a guide on how to flash it to cricket but no luck. I know the first thing people are going to say is use the search button, believe me I have, I've searched high and low but just can't seem to locate a guide. I saw a so call quide on Ebay but after reading in the fourm, I was discouraged on purchasing it. Please help me out and if there's any thing I can do for you or any help I can offer you I will. (IS THERE ANY HELP FOR THE -----'s son)...... :buddies:
 
you got the first thing that people would say right and you did not do that now heres the second and third

second: post in the right spot

third: search harder it's is here in plain sight even stevie wonder and his seeing eye dog could find it
