please help me with this halloween costume?

halloween is on a friday this year, and i'm super excited =D
i have a ball game to attend this night, and i'm wanting to dress up as a referee, but i can't find a costume anywhere.
please help me!

if i can't possibly buy a referee costume to fit me, is there any way i could make one?
