I'm a 18 year old female that is about 137lbs only 5 foot. I would like to be 115-117 lbs. I go to the gym 5 days a week and have been counting calories and I always keep them under 1,200. Somehow I just can't seem to lose the weight. I am a very committed person but what I'm doing obviously isn't working. I've been at it for months and only lost 2 pounds! I usually work out on the elliptical and sometimes walk fast on the treadmill for a 1/2 hour after the elliptical. I can't do heavy impact stuff because of my knees. Can someone please tell me what I can do to lose weight before july?
