i have a 92 honda civic manual, i was backing up and stalled and when i restarted it none of the dashboard gauges would work and the blinkers wouldnt turn on either. ive been told it was the fuses, but i changed all of them and it didnt work, i was told it was the relay, changed it, nothing happened, wires, looked at all of them, they seem to be connected. i have no clue what it is, and the weird thing is when i turn my hazard lights on they work on the inside like light up on the dashboard and they work on the outside, but the blinkers wont work at all, anyone know whats wrong?
