Please help me! What are these symptoms? :(

:round:Strange symptoms, suddenly started last year, it's a long story and these symptoms can come and go, but for ease I will put it down in bullet points.. Afterwards, I will write any tests I've had and also current medications... please help if you have ANY ideas, thanks so much :angel:

- I am female, 21 from England, uk

- Intermittent symptoms that have lasted for 1 year and 6 months are:

* Pale green post-nasal drip
* Facial pains, all over never in just 1 place
* Blocked and painful ears
* Phantom tooth pain
* Sensitive eyes to bright light
* Mild dizziness
* Blurry and sore eyes
* More frequent mouth ulcers
* Increased fatigue and feeling un-refreshed in the mornings
* Hot flushes
* Constant low-grade fever
* Increased anxiety and health anxiety
* Tendancy to having hypochondria now
* Nausea
* Ocassional vomiting, then afterwards I feel much better
* Very infrequent periods (Had a test done for hormones and a scan on my uterus/ovaries 3 years ago, everything came back fine.
* IBS

Tests -

* I have had repeated blood tests and apparently my protein level is always slightly raised, it is still in the normal category and my doctors have never been worried but I don't see why they dismiss it? They always say ''Oh it is probably just a slight infection or inflammation somewhere'' :confused: Not good for someone with health anxiety. Also, apparently my immune system is ok, but I have a low immunity to fight a certain kind of strain, strepptococus something I can't remember but it was some strain of kind of like Flu.
* I don't know if it because of increased anxiety when im at the doctors but my temperature (tympanic, taken in my ear digitally) is always a bit high? It normally is between 37.7 and 38.1 C... they always say it's a bit hight but I have recorded my temperatures for a year at home taken orally, and it never reached that high, it was always between 36.6 and 37.2 C... is this anything to do with the weird thing with the blood tests?
* I thought I kept having repeat sinus infections (despite loads of antibiotics they weren't working and my doctor thought something wasn't right, like maybe I didn't have an infection... because all of a sudden all the ab's stopped working for me)
I went to 3 ENT'S who were great at my local hospital. He put the camera (endoscope?) up my nose and had a look and then he also did a full sinus ct scan. Couldn't believe it, he found nothing wrong! He said the only abnormal thing was my sinuses were toally dry and not lined with mucus, so it could be mimicking sinus pain and making it feel like an infection and isn't.
* I had a blood test and a skin test done incase it was allergies, nothing it was negative..

* A year and a half later, and I still have a sometimes green postnasal drip every day, random facial pains, nausea, I can feel the blood pressure in my head, dizziness, eye strain and bluriness, croaky and sore throat sometimes.

I have - TMJ, Generalised anxiety and Health anxiety, Hyponchondria, Dairy/milk intolerance, infrequent periods, Mood swings, IBS..

The green post nasal drip is a sign of infection. It sounds like you have some sort of sinus infection. Your symptoms of plugged ears, tooth pain, sensitivity to light-all of those things can usually be associated with sinus issues. And becuase you are fighting something, you won't be refreshed in the morning as it's affecting the quality of sleep you get.

As far as your cycle goes, were you ever regular, or has this just started up? You may need to have your hormonal level checked again. Three years is a long time ago and things could have changed. When you have your period, is it normal for you, or has that changed also?

ibake&pray Thanks so much for your reply back.

Yes it does sound like a sinus infection, but this has been a problem for nearly 2 years.. I did have the endoscopy done and a ct scan and nothing at all was detected and no abnormalities, so it's something strange going on.

As for my cycle, it started becoming irregular about 3 years ago, it can be normal sometimes and other times it can be 10 months before I get it again! The strange thing what seems to happen now is I get the usual symptoms (back/pelvic cramps, bad mood swings, feeling hot, insomnia, anxiety..) and sometimes I don't even have a bleed, which is quite odd..

Thanks again for your help, if you can think of anything else please let me know :)
