I hurt myself a few weeks ago at work, and after going to multiple doctors, I finally had an MRI and received my results. Everything was within normal limits, except for one part. Can someone help translate this for me? It would be very much appreciated! I'm at a complete loss!

L5-S1 - Right-sided inferior annular rim foraminal fissure. No disc protrusion, central canal stenosis or foraminal stenosis.

Now, what I understand is that it's obviously on the right side of the disc. From my understanding of med-term, it's towarRAB the back of the vertebral foramen where the spinal cord runs through, am I correct? And, it's a disc tear of sorts? How severe is this, and is it just a simple tear? I've been reading a lot (yay for google), and it seems that this is almost as severe as a herniated disc, since it could possibly head in that direction.

What should I expect for healing time or further diagnostics?

Thank you SO much in advance!!!
