Please help me, the picture album on my Itouch is acting weird.?

Everytime i tke a picture with it or save a picture. It doesnt show up in the album. it says Saved Photos (100) but once i open the ablum, it only show 74 of the pictures. the other 26 arent showing up. Please help me.
