I think this movie was made in the 80's but it could be early 90's. I don't remember much about it except that its about this little troll creature and he travels underground. In one scene the creature is going under a building and you can see the tiles start popping up. Towards the end of the movie, the creature is outside with the main character guy and it takes a pair of sunglasses off a stand and says something about toes curling. I have been trying to figure out this movie for forever. Please help me
