My mechanic recommended to go to Discount Tire. There's a store near here. I just don't want to be taken advantage of. I have a front wheel drive Toyota Corolla and I live in Michigan so it's important to have a car that can handle ice and snow on the freeway till April 2011. My budget for tires + installation + fees + taxes is $350-$400 maximum.
